Ingredients (Makes 6–8 small pancakes) 1 cup almond flour 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based) 1 organic egg 3 egg whites ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt 1 teaspoon avocado oil (for the pan) Instructions In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
